各位雇主，移工提早離境記得要驗證喔！
如果雇主與外籍勞工雙方達成共識，決定提前終止雇用關係，則必須前往當地勞工主管機關辦理驗證手續，獲得相關驗證證明書。原雇主若在未來欲申請外籍勞工的遞補，則需檢附該驗證證明書，以作為申請遞補的必要文件。
For post substitution due to agreement cancellation, the employer and the foreign worker are required to apply for approval prior to the termination of employment. If the employer and the foreign worker agree to terminate employment, they should go to the local government labor authorities for verification procedures and have the labor authorities issue relevant certificates. The original employer is required to submit a certificate of approval before applying for a substitute worker.
Majikan dan TKA jika sebelum masa kontrak habis ingin memutuskan kontrak kerja harus mengurus surat pemutusan kontrak kerja antara majikan dan TKA dulu,baru bisa mengaplikasi sisa masa kontrak. Jika majikan dan TKA sepakat untuk memutuskan kontrak kerja lebih awal,diwajibkan ke kantor depnaker setempat dulu untuk proses pemutusan kontrak kerja antara majikan dan TKA, Depnaker setempat akan memberikan surat keterangan pemutusan kontrak kerja. Selanjutnya majikan pada saat mau mengaplikasi sisa masa kontrak harus melampirkan surat keterangan tersebut.
Chủ sử dụng và lao động nước ngoài chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động trước thời hạn phải thực hiện thủ tục xác nhận thì mới được xin thuê lao động khác . Nếu chủ sử dụng và lao động nước ngoài đều đồng thuận chấm dứt quan hệ thuê và làm thuê trước thời hạn hợp đồng, thì phải đến các cơ quan quản lý lao động địa phương thực hiện thủ tục xác nhận, và các cơ quan quản lý lao động sẽ cấp giấy xác nhận, khi chủ sử dụng xin thuê lao động khác thì cần có giấy xác nhận, thủ tục thuê mới được tiến hành.
